Not for me. Apparently CBS thinks people in Seattle are interested in watching Gonzaga get demolished.Originally Posted by BroadwayBomber55
It is a 23 point lead for UNC, and we're stuck watching this crap. Unbelievable.
Less than 50 seconds left and we're still stuck on Gonzaga-UNC. Unbelievable.
Michigan State hits the front again.
We might have OT at Lucas Oil Stadium.

Isnt Gonzaga considered a "local" team? If so, they might be contractually obligated to stay with that game.Originally Posted by YanksFan1992

Yes it is, but I don't believe they're contractually obligated to stay with them, as they FINALLY just switched.Originally Posted by dabomb2045
But I understand wanting to stay with Gonzaga, but it's a 20 point game with 8 minutes left.
Oh and they just switched back, un-#$%@#%# believable.![]()

That's what I'm doing now (watching on my iPhone), but seriously CBS? Yes, I would much rather watch a team that very few people in Seattle care about and plays on the opposite end of the state, with over 6 minutes left than a game, then a great ending to one of the few good games this so far crappy tournament as had. Awesome.Originally Posted by BroadwayBomber55

Michigan State defeats Kansas.
We will have a new champion.

You had 13 of 16 teams in the Sweet 16 and you have all 8 in the Elite 8.

We either will have all four #1 seeds in the Final Four again this year or the least no #1 seed in the Final Four.

I'm not doubting that Arizona isn't one of the more talented teams in their country, but their resume was not up to tournament standards, and to me it seems fairly apparent that they made it in on history alone.Originally Posted by jlw1980
If I had to pick, I'd go with Louisville, UNC, Villanova and Missouri (so put all your money on the opposite four).Originally Posted by BroadwayBomber55

The way to beat North Carolina is to shorten the game, make every possession valuable, and make it a slow, half court game.
The Tar Heels need to hit their treys in the half court game in order to go to the final four and win their 5th national title.

That's not true.....Lawson is probably the best penetrating guard in the country and we have one of the best "college" big men in the country that for most of the year we ran our O through.Originally Posted by BroadwayBomber55
People really overlook the Heels ability to attack the basket with Lawson, Ellington, and Green.

I don't remember where the link is, but it was recently proven based on this year's stats that making it a slow, half court game is not a good strategy to beat UNC. You certainly won't hear that from ESPN though.Originally Posted by BroadwayBomber55

You're ridiculous. The only argument is whether they deserved to be in the Tournament at all. Once you're in, if you win then you clearly deserve to . When George Mason made the final four a few years ago, when Davidson made it to the Elite 8 last year, do you think they deserved to make it?Originally Posted by JDPNYY
Your premise is basically that only the higher seeds deserve to advance. Again, you're ridiculous.

Its funny when you think about the parallels between the two. Both were terrible shooters early in their careers...by their junior seasons both were deadly from 3 point range. Both developed into unstoppable forces running the fast break and became awesome at penetrating to the basket.

Lawson is a better shooter as a jr. than Felton was......but you are right. It's a blessing that once Felton left, Felton 2.0 arrived.Originally Posted by dabomb2045
