Where's Pitt's defense? There are games where they allow in the 50's. Already 49 for OK St. and we still arent at the half yet.

OKS is shooting the lights out. 63% from the field and 63% from 3pt land. I seriously doubt they can keep that up. Pitt is shooting 59%. Unbelievable!!!

That OSU player just got pushed down and the refs didn't call it.

Pitt, Kansas, Arizona and Xavier have all advanced to the Sweet 16.

If neither Siena or USC win it will be one of the more rarer times when all four 1's and all four 2's advance.

Is anybody disappointed that there's been hardly any upsets?

On the other hand, because the big schools are all still alive, the quality of play should be of a higher standard next weekend.

Less upsets the first weekend usually equals closer, more intense games during the Sweet Sixteen and Elite Eight.

Bingo. Just look at the matchups in the Sweet 16. Villanova-Duke. UNC-Gonzaga. Syracuse-Oklahoma. Thats three great games right there. UConn-Purdue I think is a very intriguing matchup too.

How do you call a touch foul at half court...in a 1 point game w/35 secs left?

They took the #1 team in the country down to the last minute. They have nothing to be ashamed of.

It's comforting to know that Siena could have pulled this off. I'm content.

    Add Michigan State-Kansas, Memphis-Missouri, Pittsburgh-Xavier, and Louisville-Arizona to that list, and we've got a great Sweet 16.

Speaking of Arizona, their performance ends the argument of St. Mary's possibly being more deserving of an at-large berth.

I'm still hesitant to believe that the games will be better because there are higher seeds left (although this is ridiculous, but that's how it played out last year).

However, I live for upsets, and there have been almost none, and most importantly, the Huskies lost, so I can't say I've enjoyed the Tournament all that much so far.

P.S: Is that enough words, AJ?

Washington lost, that's why he's not digging this tournament.

Not only that, but the whole Pac-10 is out, except Arizona.

Pretty much explains it. And even if we had lost, if there was a Cinderella team to follow, I'd feel better, but the only non top five seed left is Arizona, who I can't exactly root for.

No. I'd root for Washington if they were the last Pac-10 team left.
