Go Pittsburgh!

Haha, the Cardinals...
I kinda want to see them go all the way.

I just posted this in the AFC championship thread, but I think the Steelers are going to be bigger favorites against the Cardinals than the Patriots were last year against the Giants. The Cardinals are going to get absolutely no respect.
Go Cardinals
More rooting against the Steelers (I still have nightmares about Franco Harris and the "immaculate reception") than rooting for the Cardinals.
Go Cardinals!

I hope Larry Fitzgerald scores 8 touchdowns.

Let's Go Cardinals! (I keeping thinking of Deadspin and "The Buzzsaw that is the Arizona Cardinals")
I have tons of Steeler-fan relatives, but in this case, ya just gotta love Fitz and the underdogs.

I don't think so. I always enjoy watching good defence. And I'm pretty interested in watching how Warner and Fitzgerald face that kind of defence.Originally Posted by R.V.47
Rooting for the Steelers; but I think the Cardinals have a good enough offense to stay in the game and possibly pull it out late. The only question will be if the O-Line for the Cards can hold up to the onslaught of Pitts defense.
The Steelers are good enough to jump the short crossing routes when blitzing and Polamalu is a force all to himself.
That said;
28-13 Steelers; Warner ends with 4 INT.

Good for Arizona making it thus far. No one expected them to be here. Good job by Wisenhunt.
Now, time to lose. Enough of this Cindarella run already.

Go Steelers!
Yawn!

I wish that they would have only one week between the Conference Championships and the Super Bowl. I really hate the hype buildup. Sports radio is almost unlistenable during this two week period. Except for last year when the Giants were in it.
I'll be rooting for the Cardinals, but my brain says that the Steelers will win by at least 10.

As a fan watching from afar, I sort of agree with you. But one good thing about the extra week is that it helps the teams recover if they're banged up, which should give a better game and "truer" result.Originally Posted by 26 and counting
Another thing, though, is that it makes it a lot easier to handle travel plans if you're thinking about going to the game.
I feel the same way about the two weeks off before the game. On the other hand, it does benefit players who are banged up. I'm rooting for the Cards also. On paper, the Steelers look unstoppable due to their defense, but if the Cards can protect Warner, Phoenix has a shot.Originally Posted by 26 and counting
