This is he.
He pitched great in AA last year and in A ball before that, but when he got to AAA this year, he appears to have suddenly forgotten how to throw strikes and get people out. Great K/9, but his WHIP so far this year with two different AAA clubs has doubled his average over his MiL career.
He's got a low 90s fastball and a highly regarded slider, but I wonder if he's suffered some kind of injury. He really fell off the table this year.
