So someone gets shot by a bullet from a gun that belongs to Marvin Harrison (after the victim has a disagreement with Marvin) and the next day Marvin has that gun on him and we aren't going to talk about it?

Obviously details are still coming in and it could turn out to be nothing but I think we should treat this as if Marvin had been involved in "consensual horseplay" with a woman and hurt her finger.
