On The Block - The Marketplace Discussion

    I'm bored again.

Joba is not on the block, but other stars are.

I want to make a blockbuster and pull in some mL talent, as well as some potential keepers who may not have performed in the Majors to their abilities.

I have a number of All-Stars on my team that I'm willing to move.

Lets have hot and steamy trade relations.

Interesting. King Felix IS on the block.

My problem with your roster is that I LOVE Hermida, but he's at $14, so he's no bargain.

Let me see if I can piece something together.

I just noticed Felix is on his last year. I still want him, but I wouldn't trade Hermida for him. Try and find someone who is in his last year. Or some potential keeper that, for 2008, is inferior to Felix.

Everyone on my team is available - including Ryan Howard. I'm dying to make some moves. My sps suck.

I'm really happy with my team, so I won't trade unless I really love the player I'm trading for. Like Felix. But otherwise, nobody is on the block from my roster

Oh so you're trying to tell me that there are no pitchers in the last year of their contract that would be worth trading for Atkins? Come on man.

I am in a trading mood right now. Going to grab lunch and then I'll be eating it by my desk while I think up some good deals. A good deal would NOT consist of Jason Giambi.

I think I'd like to have a catcher come back in a deal; willing to Jettison any pitcher on my team; and most hitters.

Any deal will need to include a pitcher going away from my team as I will be loaded once the guys start coming off the DL. Hell the guys on the DL are available.

I'm willing to trade for Ordonez. Check out my squad and see if something interests you, but also consider Ordonez is in his final year, so I'm not trading my best players in the first contract year for him. I think I would give up one of the catchers, or minor leaguers, or players in their final year.

Still looking to dump some pitchers; no one is safe pitcher wise; even Gallardo and Lincecum are on the market. Let's make a deal.

Interested in another player; make an offer; if it's not for Butler or Phillips, we can work on it and see what materializes.

Still looking for an ace type pitcher without looking to trade Howard or Upton. I don't care what the pitcher's contract status is. I am playing to win this year.

I'm willing to trade Chris Young or AJ Burnett, for a >.300 power hitter. I don't care about contract years or salary either.
