That one picture of her from behind was not very flattering, but camera angles can lie, and they can also be doctored to make people look worse than they are. Which is what I think happened in this case. She's not perfect, but I don't buy it for one second. And again, not too many women can be put in that light and look their best.

If a camera can make people look better than they actually do, they can make people look worse than they do as well.

Absolutely. If she was truly "comfortable" with her body in this shape she shouldn't feel the need to be so defensive about it. I would have more sympathy/respect for her if she simply said “I am not a size 0 or a size 2, I am a size ….6 and yes, I carry my weight in my hips and thighs.” The fact that she is lying and claiming to be a smaller size than she clearly is tells me she knows she doesn't look good.
