I remembered the movie but not the character's name, so yeah I used a little outside help.
That's still one of the most disturbing film characters I can recall... a little girl who is a cold blooded killer and gives every indication that she is a future serial killer.

Goldfinger was a great villain.
Some other favorites would be:
Hans Gruber: Alan Rickman in Die Hard
and Gary Oldman in Air Force One, at that point, he was the scariest most realistic villain I had seen in a movie, he had no mercy, just a cold blooded terrorist.

How could I possibly forget Moriarty in the Sherlock Holmes stories? He was also a nifty villain in Star Trek: The Next Generation... which reminds me that Q and the Borg were neat villains, too.
