You two are absolutely correct. It's on rotation now on Cinemax. The first time I saw it, I'm sitting there like they pulled that twist right out of the ass. The next time, it had a Sixth Sense tyoe of feel to it.

At least now I know who Robert Paulsen is.

The first time you can't know the ending but afterwards it's fun seeing all the things that give you hints. I was so addicted to this movie at one time where I had watched it almost every day. This went on for like a year. One of the things I had noticed that you could check out if you remember to look, when Jack makes the phone call to Tyler, and he calls him back by *69ing him, you can see as it zooms in on the phone ringing it says "no incoming calls"

what I have always wondered and wish they had flashed back to in Jack's moment of clarity was when Tyler forced him to let go and they had the car accident. I often wondered what that scene could have looked like with him fighting with himself with those guys in the back of the car

My girlfriend brought this up when we watched it a few weeks back.

There are just too many awesome things in that movie.

I watched a movie called "Bug" with Ashley Judd last night. Very weird movie, but Ms. Judd does get a chance to flash her "assets" in it.

That's about a couple that's going crazy in a hotel room right?

    Ashley Judd is so beautiful.

I saw Bug when it was out in theaters and I liked it. You're right, it is a strange movie but I liked the theme about letting paranoia take over your life. An interesting movie.

So, what's playing in theaters now that's worthwhile?

I saw some good reviews for Michael Clayton so I may see that next week.

I remember people here clamoring about how amazing Pan's Labrynth was....

i saw it last night, and i have to say, that movie was AWFUL....sad, slow, boring, bad acting, ugh, it was generally awful. People raved about how great it looked, i thought A Series of Unfortunate Events was just as good visually. THe fantasy part of the story was strange and confusing, and the ending was downright horrible.

Some of it is so over the top that i had to laugh at the dialogue and antics. There were some disturbing moments, but I didn't find it scary or frightening, as much as creepy. I have a thing for Ashley, but they made her look strung out in this movie. The bod is still hot though, and she is an underrated actress.

I don't go to the theaters much, I always wait for DVD, but I am making plans to go see "30 Days of Night" next Monday or Tues. I am psyched for it.

I thought Leo's performance in the Aviator was the best of his career. Cate Blanchett was also amazing. Probably one of the best "acted" films in history.

I always thought Leo's best film was What's Eating Gilbert Grape. He was really good as Howard Hughes too, as was Cate Blanchette as Katharine Hepburn.

I have liked Leo DiCaprio since I watched Catch Me If You Can. He was also very good as was everyone else in The Departed. I just watched Blood Diamond last night and enjoyed it very much.

I finally saw the Prestige. Very weird movie. I've heard the illusionist is much better so I'm gonna check that out. I saw Silent Movie as well, which was good for a few chuckles (a few days before Marcel Marceau passed away actually).

Rented Knocked up today, gonna watch it tonight.
I actually loved prestige and thought it was much better then illusionist. They were both awesome but i loved prestige more, both confusing though

It wasn't like bad or anything but it was strange. The whole twin thing / cloning was kinda out there. I actually suspected that Bale was playing both roles because the incognito twin did look like him.

I will check out the Illusionist one of these days and see which one I like more.

    More Biel to watch, too.

She is extremely hot in that movie..
Adam Sandler is one lucky bastard for being allowed to grope her as much as he did.

My wife just rented it. I didn't have the heart to tell her its a sequal to 28 Days Later. We watched "1408" last night. It was OK but not near as frightening as we thought it would be.

    Awesome.

Starts you off with very brief, yet detailed history of terrorism in Saudi Arabia and then kicks ass for an hour and 40 minutes. every actor in it was excellent, especially the main Arab actor. The story was very good, the final action sequence put my heart rate through the roof and the ending was one of the best i've seen in a long time.

28 weeks later was one of the most f*cked up movies I have ever seen in my life. My friend left me in the theatre alone after the first scene. Yes, the reunion scene was nutty. Just an overall crazy movie. I hear they are also making a 28 months later.

28 days later was good, but always felt like 2 movies to me. The beginning until they get to the base, then the base to the end. I liked it, but felt they could have done better. 28 weeks later was fantastic. They should most definitely make a 3rd.

We watched it last night. Good grief. That movie is nasty.

I saw The Heartbreak Kid last week. Ditto to what another poster said about it...It was funny, then stupid, then more stupid and dirty. I was really disappointed because it seemed funny in the previews.

Watching "Invincible" right now on Starz. Man, I've gotta get this soundtrack.

I saw Michael Clayton last night. Good movie overall. I felt it lacked something though, not sure what.

Finally watched "Knocked Up". Good for a few chuckles. Not really a barrel of laughs, but it did have something to say. I wonder how much they had to pay Katherine Heigl to do love scenes with Seth Rogen.

I saw Michael Clayton today. Good movie with a very good ending. Although it would have been a bit better if it was about 15 minutes shorter.

Wow. I didn't think there was anybody who hasn't seen Patton. My youngest kid has even seen Patton and usually he can't be bothered with any movie not made after 1980.
