He got out of a huge jam in the 8th. Then gave up 2 classic Mo hits, a weak little blooper and a quick grounder through the hole. Only the double was hit hard.
Plus, what did he do after 2nd and 3rd no outs? He dominated as usual. Overall, great performance.

I heard this today...Did Coltrane actually exist? This is like being blind for 50 years, regaining sight, and then peering directly at the sun.
The tying run was on second with NO outs... I repeat NO outs. NO one else scored. All closers get into trouble sometimes (Putz gave up a Grand Slam last night), but the BEST ones get out of trouble.
While watching outings like todays is brutal, you are correct sir and Mo remains unquestionably THE man.

Thank you Jimmy. You also left out that the last 3 hitters didn't stand a chance and didn't do anything because Mo buckled down.
