    a ridiculous percentage (I've read as high as 90) of crimes with guns, are crimes with stolen guns, so it would help very little (if, at all).

    Sorry man, but RIT? Rhode Island Tech? Idk... that sucks. Someone in Yakima, WA, which is apparently 30 minutes from me had two loaded guns and brought it to school....... my boyfriend's mom who's in NY found out and apparently was freaking out because I'm in that area.
