I had one of those $5.00 seats for the rained out game. They are Tier Box seats, usually around $42.
Do I have to ONLY use these five dollar seats for five dollar games, or can I use that to get any available tier box seat?

I'm pretty sure the actual face value of your ticket is indeed $5, regardless of what the face value of the ticket is normally. I think you can use the $5 ticket for $5 credit towards another $42 seat (so you'll only pay $37). If you want a free ticket, it will have to be for $5.

You can only use them for $5 games. Sometimes they will let you apply the $5 to another game and pay the difference.
