We have enough youth.
How about a fountain of "smart"?

this is a thread at another board.

Tampa seems to be the team to follow by far so far this year. Tabata, Chamberlain both big time prospects, Battle and Vechionacci trying to have those breakout years, Cervelli is the only real catching prospect playing right now. Kennedy and Kontos both trying to make an impression in a system stocked with great pitching. will Abreu get some of that velocity back in the pen? Clagget, Carona, Woodkemper and Curtis are all interesting prospects. Schmidt and Greenwood trying to get rid of that role player label. Gonna be fun to follow those boxscores.

I agree.Originally Posted by BennyTheJetRodriguez
Their lineup is gonna be sick, here´s my projected lineup for them:
- Tim Battle LF
- Reegie Corona SS
- José Tábata RF
- Juan Miranda 1B
- Marcos Vechionacchi 3B
- Colin Curtis CF
- Francisco Cervelli C
- Jared Greenwood DH (that´s why they´re carrying 3 catchers right?)
- Mario Holmann 2B
Sick, that´s why I picked Joba to lead the org in wins this year
.

Yep. Greenwood spends more time at DH than C usually but hes got a great bat
Hopefully Holmann came into camp with some more bulk and can hit the ball with more authority. Very doubtful that Battle leads off though
Who else might be able to leadoff for them? Corona?... maybe Curtis?...IMO Battle is the way to go.Originally Posted by Skars

a guy who strikes out 150+ times isnt going to be leading off. holmann, curtis, and corona would all be better options
I can't believe we don't know the starter yet.
Friggin rain!!

Some of these guys are going to move up to Trenton this year. Trenton's lineup might not be as good as Tampa's.
tabata's wrist seems healthy
yup .667
Nice to see I Kennedy threw well 8 k's in 5 Innings.
1/2 season in A+ and the other half in AA.Originally Posted by Buzah!
