    This is my first post in a GT this year. Why do they have AL pitchers bat in spring training? What's the point? There's no way Andy was going to swing because he wasn't going to risk getting hurt swinging a bat.

    Andy looks very good today, he is controlling his changeup and fastball/cutter very well. His curve has gotten better inning by inning. I hope Pavano can follow up with a solid 4 innings.

    For anyone in the Philadelphia area, the game is actually on TV here on CSN8 (the Phillies local sports channel). Didn't realize this for myself until flipping around moments ago and said "wait, is that the Yankees playing baseball?"
