    I have been very impressed by Tabata. I think this spring has made it very possible for him to get to AA very quickly. Does anyone think it is possible that he will be in AA if he has a good month or two in Tampa? From there it seems like the Majors are not really that far off.

    That is where I disagree because his age does not mean he needs more seasoning, necessarily. Miguel Cabrera did not need more time, he was a very effective hitter at the age of 19 even if it was as a line drive hitter. As time went on he gained power but did so in the big leagues.If he can handle himself and hit advanced pitching, then I dont think being in the bigs at the age of 19 is all that detrimental. He can morph into a power hitter and still make an impact prior to becoming that power hitter
