I guess my top 3 out of that would be Live Free or Die Hard, American Gangster and Ocean's 13.
I want to see 300 more than anything.
"Spartans! Tonight, we dine in hell!!"

I think I'm the only one not going crazy about Spiderman 3. Bourne Ultimatum, Pirates 3, Harry Potter 5, Die Hard 4 and Transformers are what I'm psyched about. 300 looks awesome too.

I don't care about Spiderman, either. I've never even seen the first two movies. I think I'm the only one on Earth who hasn't.Originally Posted by Sam18

Bourne Ultimatum.
That is all.

Unless a non-sequel movie has an AMAZING trailer its usually not anticipated much.Originally Posted by jlw1980

I'm a big Will Ferrell fan AND I liked Napoleon Dynamite, but I think Blades of Glory looks awful. I don't know if you've seen the trailer, but it looks like recycled comedy.Originally Posted by jlw1980
Transformers looks amazing! I have a 10 year old son and was dreading having to sit through another crappy kids' action movie but this really looks special.Originally Posted by Sam18
Right now it's just a countdown to pitchers & catchers, and then 300.

I'm looking forward to Pirates, Evan Almighty and Spiderman 3. I could careless about Bourne Identity 34 or Oceans 442.

A bunch of them look good. I'll probably end up seeing none of them![]()

If THAT's what we have to look forward to, I guess I won't be going to the movies this year.
We do not see things as they are. We see them as we are.
It is never too late to be what you might have been.
Zodiac, Evan Almighty, Knocked Up, Ocean's 13 (though 12 was mehh), Pirates 3, Shrek 3..
Yeah, not interested in Spiderman.
I don't know. Probably Ocean's 13, that Nanny one and one I don't see on the list but saw the trailer for...Ghost Rider with Nic Cage.

well that answers my question. i have read snippets of the graysmith book and I know it has 5 or 6 suspects, I was wondering how they would figure into itOriginally Posted by twinks34

One movie that I'm slightly looking forward to that is not on the list is a Daniel Day Lewis movie (don't recall the title off-hand) about a turn of the century oil family. Seems interesting.

There Will Be Blood? Oh, definitely though I'm gonna try and read the book before I see it.Originally Posted by fredgmuggs

I could only see two movies on there that piqued my interest: Zodiac (and mostly just because I love Jake Gyllenhall) and American Gangster.

If "Order of the Phoenix" is anything like the previous Potter film it's not even worthy of being in the top 10 on this list. "Bourne Ultimatum", "American Gangster" and "Spiderman 3" are the films I'm most looking forward to watching this year.

I can't believe Stomp the Yard didn't make that list.

Ahahahahahhaha it got a 1.9 on imdb. How many of these dancing competition movies do they come out each year?Originally Posted by NelsonMuntz

On a serious note, the movie I'm most looking forward to seeing in '07 is the Aqua Teen Hunger Force movie:

Never left the Betances bandwagon.
I have a feeling that 300 is going to be a huge letdown.
It's a great story (an underdog of monumental proportion defeating a massive invading army) that is best suited for a Braveheart/Gladiator/Troy type of format.
Using the sensationalized comic book version is a mistake IMO.
Live Free or Die Hard, The Simpsons, Transformers, Zodiac, Ocean's 13, Pirates, and Beowulf all sound awesome to me but if all I see is Spider-Man 3 this year I'd be happy. Maybe.![]()
You think so? I'm hoping it'll be surprisingly good. I love Bruce Almighty and I also love Steve Carell.Originally Posted by Sam18

I'm looking forward to the Denzel-Crowe flick. Jenn, what's this movie by the Shaun of the Dead guys? I love that movie!
It's a British cop movie with Simon Pegg (Shaun) and Nick Frost (Ed). It looks freaking hysterical. We watch Shaun of the Dead all the time, so I can't wait for it! I think it opens in the UK on February 16, and on April 13 in the US.Originally Posted by gdn

There are video blogs 1-12, then for some reason they skip a couple numbers and there are 15-16. Then it shows them at San Diego Comic Convention, labeled Comic Con 1 of 2 and Comic Con 2 of 2.

I saw a mention of this movie somewhere and I don't know how this is going to be good. I mean c'mon 1 man against a world of vampires by night... If anyone can make this movie good it's Will Smith and I suppose the script must be good since he agreed to do it, but it seems a little far-fetched.Originally Posted by RhodyYanksFan
