Will NEVER happen as long as Steve plays Jason. He is very adamant about never wanting to be Jason Quartermaine ever again. Steve really loves Jason in the mob, as does Guza. So I really don't think they would ever go there. I can't say I really blame him. I think Sonny will leave before Jason will. Jason takes his promises and commitments pretty darned seriously. Besides, at this point, I really can't imagine what else Jason COULD do that would be both believable and allow him to keep his edge. I honestly don't believe we will ever see Jason out of the mob. Besides, the mob is gonna be what provides the angst when he does eventually claim his family. So they kinda need the mob to keep that interesting. Otherwise, he and Elizabeth would have no real angst because they would be disgustingly happy together. You can't have that on a soap - especially not GH. LOL He and Liz aren't the types to lie, cheat and betray one another. So, they need the mob to shake things up. Their bond is very solid,so it would take something like outside danger to stir the pot. Besides, they have to pay the piper eventually - they gotta see how they can be a family in the midst of his mob life. They don't get to take the "easy" way out by having Jason take up another occupation. That's just too simple. And we know by now that Guza does not like simple.

But they have aged the hell out of Nik's son, Spencer. That boy looks like he's about Michael's age. He also looks older than Cameron and Cam is two years older than he is. LOL

Actually, that's not gonna happen...at least not in the immediate future. Keep watching. BUT I am with you....if they put Jax and Kate together--- FF city. I don't necessarily dislike either character, but they would be beyond boring to me if they were paired. They are both so bland and compatible. Where would the angst come from? No angst = snooze city for me.

God help me but I like Carly with Jax. He makes her character more likable and fun...with Sonny all it is about is drama and the mob...Sticking Jax with Kate would be so boring...I say bring Ned back and pair Kate with him, working together at Crimson...Or even pair her with Mac (oh wait...that would mean they would be giving a veteran a storyline and we can't have that...)...
I agree. I like Carly with Jax. That surprised me because I didn't like the idea at first since she was hooking up with her dead supposed BFF's hubby, but he softens her. And he keeps her occupied and more or less out of Jason's hair. So I'm all for Carly staying with Jax forever and ever Amen. However, Carly ruins everything she touches. And here she is self destructing again and about to ruin the best relationship she has ever had.
But I think things will just be very rocky for her and Jax for the foreseeable future. I don't think they are down for the count just yet- even with the sleeping with Sonny fiasco.

I think, for me, it has less to do with the characters Carly and Jax but I enjoy Laura Wright and Ingo working together. They have such good and fun chemistry. I agree that Jax brings out her softer, fun side.

Yup. I've been waiting for this;. I can't wait to see this drama unfold. I rather like the idea of Mob Boss Jason. I picture him being angry, vengeful, cold, ruthless, efficient, and just plain hot.
Agreed and as alluded to last week, the seeds have been planted for Maurice either way. If MB decides to leave, then he can decide he needs to leave PC to protect the boys or if he stays, he will stay and fight to still be a part of their lives

I really enjoyed Monday's (5/19) Episode. Wet Jason was awesome. Shirtless Nik a couple of day's ago was hot too. I loved delirious Claudia, she was hilarious.
Best part of yesterday was Wet Jason--need more of that!!!
Lulu was her annoying self and I FF'd through Sonny, Carly, Jax and Kate...
I cracked up when Claudia asked Nik if everyone calls him master....

I just went back and watched the Sonny and Carly scenes and man that was just so icky. Blech!
I loved Jason and Elizabeth's convo. Jason needed to express all of that. The grief and guilt have been eating him from the inside. (Although he always kills me how he tries to accept more of the blame than Michael's actual parents of the last decade.) And it was so fitting that he had that convo with Liz on every level....she was the one who was with him in the aftermath of him losing Michael the first time. She was the only one he could share that loss with at that time. And she's the only one he trusts with his true feelings now too. They have come full circle on that. Also he wasn't just talking about Michael in those scenes, it all reflected how he views himself, how he doesn't think he deserves a family, how he feels he wants Jake's life to be different and so much more. And I loved how Liz wanted to take care of him and he let her. And also how even thru his current haze of guil, grief, and self-loathing, he still felt sure of her love -"You're just saying that because you love me." and how he would still do anything for her...agreeing to her request even before she asked it.
OMG! How could I have forgotten that Claudia had a great line yesterday: I'm Claudia Zacchara, and everybody wants me dead.
She sure spoke the truth. That includes the majority of the viewing audience.
Well, I guess that's the end of Luke until September/October.
