Thanks for the update! I still haven't seen what Johnny Zaccara looks like. For some warped reason, I still want Logan and Lulu to be a couple. Maybe it has to do with Logan being Scott's son and that would drive Luke nuts. I also want to know what he did that was so bad in Iraq.
Since I have addressed Lulu upthread, I will avoid her for fear of sounding like a broken record. Just know that I agree with your assessment of her intelligence level.
But it is Spinelli that is disappointing me now because he can't see that Lulu is unworthy of his devotion. His obsession with her is beyond old. She doesn't even treat him decently most of the time for heaven's sake! And yes, it irks me that poor Georgie gets passed over yet again in favor of this moron with nothing to offer.

Spinelli saw Lulu. After Jason and Spinelli went and got her they took her back to Jason's apartment where Spinelli invited her to move in before asking Jason if it was OK. He continues to fawn over Lulu which is really becoming sickening. No, he is not smartening up and realizing that Georgie likes him. If you ask me the writers are making Spinelli look stupid which he is not. Maybe when Lulu goes after Johnny he will finally wise up.

Diane is the bomb. I love that woman. Her reaction was hilarious. She seemed to really enjoy that pat down. I was like, "If it was THAT good, send them over here when they're done, please." She has been a great new addition to the cast, IMO.

Off topic- I thought it was odd that they didn't continue Carly's conversation with Jason about Liz. Surely, that could not have been the end of it knowing Carly's longstanding hatred and jealously of Liz. Would have been nice to see Jason tell Carly to mind her own business just as she tells him.

Totally agree with you about Jason and Spinelli. Loved his reaction when Spinelli pulled that plate of food away and said it was for Lulu. LOL I also liked at the end when Jason told Lulu not to use Spinelli's feelings for her to manipulate him. Go Jason! All of a sudden Lulu's become a Jr. Carly in that she has to be in every storyline.
I think the writers so far are handling Lucky and Liz's split pretty well. Good, adult conversation and loved the scene with them telling Cam. But what is up with Nikolas? Yikes!
Oh, man, Jason's reaction regarding the food was too funny! And I really liked it that Jason called Lulu on her behavior. She treats Spinelli so poorly. Funny that you should liken her to Carly; I did the same upthread.
During the Lucky and Liz scenes, I really felt for Lucky for the first time in a long while. The scenes were very well done. Lucky's pain was palpable. But please let go already! That ship has long since sailed and your marriage was dead on arrival. End your misery and MINE, more importantly!
Nikolas? WHOA! He is truly scary. But it's interesting. I'm so happy they are finally giving him a storyline of his own. I can't wait to find out what is going on with him. Nice to see them explore Nik's Cassadine side.

I am not too happy that Lulu has moved in with the "odd couple" as you call them. Her presence will make Spinelli seem annoying when he could be having meaningful scenes with Jason instead.

I think Lulu should move back in w/ Lucky since Liz is moving out. Makes too much sense and would keep her away from the mob storyline I suppose!
They seem to want to keep Lulu right in the middle of Jason's business. She is patterned after her mother, involved with intrigue and suspense, rather than just relationship problems, etc.

Man, Jason's blow-up towards Carly was a long time coming. I can't even tell you how many times I rewound that scenes. LOL She is such a selfish, controlling shrew. She is jealous of every woman who comes into Jason's life because she wants all the attention for herself. You are not his romantic partner, Carly. That shipped sunk like The Titanic. Get over it , already! So, glad he finally put her in his place. He was so forceful too. Loved every minute of it. But like I said, his intensity only lets Carly know how much Elizabeth truly means to him. So I expect her to stir up major trouble.
Wow...Lucky. I just have no words. He really drew me in the last couple of days and I was actually starting to feel something for him again. And then he rolled over to Ms. Skanky's for his quickie and ruined the small bit of sympathy I felt for him. He couldn't wait to make his booty call, huh? Oh well. He can do whatever he pleases, just so long as he does it far away from Elizabeth from now on. I am really saddened by how they have ruined his character. The Lucky I know was never this weak.

I forgot about the scene with Sonny, Jason and Spinelli--especially when he called him Godfather and Sonny's all I told you to stop calling me that....Steve looked like he was holding it...Also, gotta say I love the brotherly interaction between Jason and Spinelli when Jason told him that he doesn't want to see him get hurt over Lulu.

However, I think Jason means business in what he says and if Carly keeps messing in it could affect their friendship. But he really let her know in no uncertain terms that he really loves Liz! But why are they giving Lucky no rights when it comes to the kids in Diane's divorce papers? I think Liz is doing that on purpose because she knows that Lucky is not Jake's father and he is definitely not Cam's.

I would imagine that Liz may have proceeded with this proposed custody agreement at Diane's behest. Since Diane knows Jake's true paternity, she is thinking about what could happen down the line. Can you imagine the legal nightmare after the truth is revealed if Lucky shares joint custody of Jake instead of just having visitation? Diane is primarily concerned with protecting Jason's interests which means that she will look out for Liz's interests. And at this point, Jason's interests and Liz' are one and the same.
Since these divorce proceedings seem likely to take an ugly turn, perhaps Liz will be forced to reveal Jake's true parentage in order to obtain sole custody. That is one reveal I cannot WAIT for!

Diane is one HUGE breath of fresh air! I love her character so. Man, she will tell Sonny where to get off in a minute. LOVE IT!
Don't get me started on Lucky; I gave Liz a round of applause when she reminded him of his culpability in all of this. That is the thing that drives me the most insane about Lucky; he NEVER takes responsibility for his actions. Everything is always Liz's fault, none of it is his. That makes Lucky and Sam perfect for one another because that is a trait they have in common. Any wrong committed by them is someone else's fault. I feel some level of sympathy for him regarding the paternity secret, but at least Liz knows that she screwed up and you've heard her accept responsibility for her role in several conversations.
I'm enjoying Nikolas' storyline. Nice to see more Cassadine traits being unleashed. Don't get me wrong, I hate that this is happening to him, and his rage is scary, but it has been entertaining. I was not feeling sorry when he beat Logan down. Not a fan of Logan. But I agree with you, he has been DEAD ON with all of the verbal venom he has spewed at others. I just hope that he doesn't really harm anyone.
I'm also very happy that Diane is protecting both Jason and Liz. She called the best person to handle this for her/them. And I do want him to claim his family after the Zacharra threat is dealt with. That's what Liz and the boys are to me at this point - Jason's family. They both need to get past this idea that the family would be in more danger if they were with him because EVERYONE already knows how important Liz is to him! It's not a secret, buddy. Neither one of you have done a very good job hiding it. LOL If they didn't know before, the trial showcased that fact. So, his enemies already have this information. I'm not hating Maxie's new hair color. I don't think it's that bad. I think she has such pretty eyes that she can pull it off. It is going to take some getting used to, though. She is the only one who seems to change her hair pretty drastically. I'm pretty confident that she won;t keep it for very long anyway. And I also thought that Georgie darkened her hair a bit. I think she should lighten it up.

I think Maxi's new hair color makes her come off more trampy and vixeny (if that's possible!). It's not a bad color for her but I do prefer her blonde look.
I also would like Liz and Jason to be together already, if only for the fact that he deserves to claim his son.
They are making Georgie look so bad these days. She wears awful clothes and has awful hairdos. I feel sorry for the actress playing her. They are portraying her as a mouse.

I loved yesterday's show. I liked the scenes with Sonny and Kate. And I loved the Spinelli scenes. As I have said before he is really a great comedic actor. It was so funny when Jax knocked on his door and then when Spinelli said, "I must be going. Urgent Business." Reminded me of the Marx Brothers or something! LOL!
BTW, I think Nicolas has a brain tumor and will have to be operated on by Patrick.

Amen! Despite his line of work, I think Jason would make a great father. He's excellent with kids. And I think it says a great deal about his capacity to love that he would be willing to allow his child to be raised by someone else in an effort to keep him safe when he wants nothing more than to be a father. I also want them to be together because I've waited 8 YEARS for this, but who's counting. LOL

My BF gave him a haircut today and talked to him at length but when I asked what character he played he couldn't remember. Knowing I watch the show you would think he would have written it down, sheesh! He said he was also on another soap where he played the boyfriend of Mary Beth Evans who is on DOOL now, I think that is her name.

I am drawing a complete blank here. The only actor who was linked with Mary Beth Evans character is John York (who plays Mac). But he doesn't qualify since he's still on the show and he dated her character on GH. This is gonna bug me now. Be sure to kick your boyfriend in the shin for me.
