I've been trying to get into the chatroom tonight but I don't seem to be able to get in. Is anyone else having a problem?

Jim do you know if the chatroom server is down tonight? I try to get in and it says unable to connect to server. Just wondering!

Ok I pasted the url for a Christmas graphic into my signature. The url address shows up but not the graphic itself! Help!!!!!!!!!

How many posts do you need to get a custom avatar? ( I'll get Paulie one way or another! :D )

I tried to use the ignore feature today and a strange thing happened. Not only did it block the person I put on it but also one other person. My question is this : These two people have different IP's and neither one referred the other one, so how could this be? I do know that the person I wanted to block has 2 computers. So could it be that they are one and the same but using different sn's and are on a dial up and some other server? Any ideas because I'm confused! :confused:

A couple of people have commented that the "Team Hero" threads might be better suited for the YD forum. If they are posted there, will they be removed or is that a better place for them than "The Sports Bar" ?

I've been trying to send a friend a PM but I keep getting this message: This user's mailbox is currently full, and cannot be sent any messages until it is cleaned out. An email has been sent notifying the user of this. Please try your request at a later time. He says his In Box is empty ( and, no, I'm not on ignore! :lol: ) Any ideas of why he can't get the PMs? Could his Sent Folder be full and causing the problem?

I just tried three times to get into chat through the site. All I got was a gray screen. I could get in that way last night. I do have mIRC so it's not a big deal but I was wondering if anyone else was having trouble.

I just went to edit my profile so I could put in my new e-mail address. I got a message saying that "The administrator has banned your e-mail address". I don't understand what that means! I just got that account last week. Is it that we can't change e-mail addresses in our profiles? I just put the old one back in and it went through fine.It's no big deal because I still use the old one too but I'm just curious!

This is just a thought and may not be possible. Is there anyway we could have an 18 and over forum? I know the Sports Bar is supposed to be for venting ( and mainly about baseball ) but, let's face it, much more gets posted there. And even the baseball vents get a bit vulgar at times. So I was thinking that an 18 and over forum might help! Just a thought! :)

That we can get you to keep "The Adults Only" forum open. It's really helping me to keep my sanity right now and I have a long haul ahead of me! Please? Pretty Please?

The chatroom doesn't seem to be connecting either through the site or through mIRC.

Is there anyway that the game threads could be moderated? I used to love participating in them but I've become very disillusioned as of late. And I'm not the only one. They've become full of negativity. Don't get me wrong. I understand that everyone expresses themselves differently and we're all entitled to do that. And frustration is more than understandable. But the negativity starts from the very first pitch of the game. Last night's GT was the worst though. Some extremely racist comments...

On the main site I can't get in... Jim you know why?

Jim, I need some help. My ISP just informed me they're no longer in the dial-up business as of the end of January. Nice of them to give me a *whole month* to find another service! Since I've been dumped I've decided to make the move to a cable modem. That means I'll have a new e-mail addy. When I make the switch, how do I re-register here? Jim, I posted some photos on Mantle7's thread "For MM Fans Everywhere." I uploaded them (as JPEGs) to my photo album on Yahoo, copied the link for the photo and posted them. I could see them on my home computer, but can't see them on my office computer. What did I do wrong?

Thanks for fixing my Pitchers' Stats in the ElDuque post. I was just looking up how to do that in the FAQ. Is the code the bracketed word "stats" and the bracketed word "stats" with a slash to align the numbers? Or is it the bracketed word "list"?

Need help with the Chat Room please! Because I'm registered with a "#" in front of my name I can't get into chat. Jim once told me I have to type something like - /join_coneyfan to get in, but this doesn't work so I guess it's not correct. What should I type? Thanks :)
