in the YES Forum the NYYFans.com Needs Your Help thing in my sig is turned into BronxBombers.com Needs help. i know thats what the site.board used to be called but why does it go to that in only the YES Forum?

Right now, on the front page of the forums, there's a link to "Yankees Discussion" of course, and underneath it are links to two "Sub Forums," namely YES Network and The Ticket Window. Now that it's Game Thread season again, can't we have a link to that subforum added to the front page, too? :)

why dun you guys get like a Yankee logo for us newbies to use as an avatar. i'm gonna keepp the flag til the war is over (or if i hit 1000 before that). i understand the custom and player avatars thing but i think the noobs should get a better selection like the 3 logos (interlocking NY, other logo and the one that spells out Yankees). i think this seems rather reasonable just so us newbies dun go without avs

I'm sure a lot of folks here have Yankees memorabilia, and might be interested in selling it, as well as other folks who would be interested in buying things people are willing to part with. Since there's already a Tickets Forum here, why not a memorabilia forum? People can buy and sell yankees related merchandise, under the provisio that a % of the final sale goes to the site, or a fixed fee (like a dollar or two) is tacked on to the final price, which goes to the site. Is this feasable?...

Why don't they just name it "NFL", since if I need to talk about Jim Brown or Johnny Unitas, that's where I'd be posting it? PS, Jimbo, it's now 2003!!! :D ;)

I read your response to me and I'd like to say what really came through was your love and history with baseball. So I looked at your bio and saw your birthday. You've loved the game of baseball for quite a while. I am sorry if I made you feel defensive about your opinions. And a I apologize for saying something insulting to you. As for the community standards, JimF, they are important, but from my experince and what I've seen, they are unevenly enforced.

I've seen a lot of suspensions given lately to well known members. If this is instead of nuking (which I actually haven't seen much of in a while), I applaud that, for I strongly believe that everybody should be warned. I started posting again not to long after ST started, and I was wondering if I missed some announcement?

What happened to all the old signatures? They seem to have been deleted. Did I miss an announcement or policy change?

I see alot of people posts stas that come out all nice and clear so they look like they do on the web page they take it from. can someone help explain to me how they do it?? I've tried so hard, but they never line up correctly and it's nearly impossible to read it. Thanks!!! :)

Just to let you know Jim, neither I nor Kevin (Soriambi) were able to access the forum for about a half an hour tonight from about 9:15 - 9:45. I'm not sure if that was the exact range of time, but it was around there. I Just got back on a few minutes ago, and its 9:50 now. Just thought I'd let you know.

OK I am trying to post a pic and it won't go. I guess I clicked too many times & it put "where is my pic" there 8 times. I thought it would not take it that many times...aaaaah..then I try to delete it and it says I am not logged in & do not have permission to access that page but right there it shows me logged in.???? Hey Jim (or Mod), I know the Sports Bar had a couple of incidents that involved some potentially objectionable pictures a few months ago but I'm hoping that you'll allow photos to be posted there again. I just tried three times to get into chat through the site. All I got was a gray screen. I could get in that way last night. I do have mIRC so it's not a big deal but I was wondering if anyone else was having trouble.
