Who's coming up? Who's going down? What's happening with the Yankees Minor League clubs?

I think he deserves his own thread. Post daily stats, season stats, scouting reports, any story’s, clips, pictures, quotes and just everything about him in this thread. PP said he was the most impressive hitter at minor league camp. They also said he has great plate display and his bat is advance for such a young age, but most of us already knew that. I feel that he has an shot at becoming the top prospect in the organization after the season is done imo. Scouting reposts/Profiles/News...
Hopefully this month will showcase Tabata's power and Chamberlain's dominance. Go to it
I couldn't find a thread for talking about another team's prospects. I didn't want to put this in the All purpose thread because that is for the Yankees. http://www.baseballamerica.com/today/prospects/news/262103.html I'll take this guy. Maybe we can work out a deal. :D Sometimes a change of scenary is good for a player.
Right off the bat there are the two Cubans, and W+C=F just brought up a 16 year old bumping 93 with two breaking pitches and clean mechanincs (De Paula). Figured to just start anew here instead of continuing the 2008 version of this thread.
As everyone knows we pick last in the first round(30th overall). Our first five picks in the draft are: #30 - ANDREW BRACKMAN, RHP, NC STATE #94 - Austin Romine, C, El Toro HS #124 - Ryan Pope, RHP, Savannah Col. of Arts and Design #154 - Brad Suttle, 3B, Texas #184 - Adam Olbrychowski, RHP, Pepperdine I created this new thread since the last one is very long. Please refrain from posting in this thread until the draft begins... if you can help it.

An interesting new concept and one that is past due but do you guys think it will help or hurt the Yankees? Dominican Prospect League winds down Several months ago, La Esquina profiled the start of the Dominican Prospect League, a brainchild of agents Brian Mejia, Ulises Cabrera and Roberto Morales where unsigned teenage Dominican prospects could participate in a league designed to show off their talents to MLB team scouts. The aim was to erase the perception that Dominican prospects...

Here are some fresh names to talk about leading up the the July 2nd signing period: Inoa, a 6-foot-7, 200-pound righty, creates easy velocity through relatively sound mechanics. At the workout, Inoa consistently sat at 91-92 mph with his fastball, topping out at 94. He also throws a softer breaking ball which was inconsistent at times, and will also show a splitter. Inoa turns 16 in September, so he won’t be eligible to sign until his birthday. In the two innings he worked, just...
The offseason is here, but that doesn't mean that prospect talk has to end. There's the instructional leagues, the AFL, the winter leagues (where Tabata will play) and then the off-season for baseball where prospects might be lost or acquired and the Rule 4 draft. Also, that damn BA popup was annoying the heck out of me.

I know we're all expecting bigger things in May so lets follow that action here.
Starting the month off on a hign note after ending April with wins from top to bottom, including some strong performances all around. As the weather gets warmer and Phil Hughes begins his AA tour, this should be an exciting month. Let the games begin. :D
i know how ridiculously early this is, as we havent even had a business day since the draft ended. i figured i would start this since the college WS is rolling along and there is a ton of top talent playing good teams. i just made a top 10 1 Steven Strasburg-RHP-SDST 2 Mychal Givens-SS-HS FL
Hellow... I'm creating this thread to follow the draft live... pick by pick.... enjoy!!!
Outstanding job by Cashman, he is really showing us that he is well capable of run this machine with both short-term goals and a long-term vision for the next decade in charge of running the show. There are tons of directions he can spin this in the off-season but better believe he has an eye on getting extra draft picks to continue fueling the development machine. Goodbye C.J. Henry, the day-dreams of your potential might just be that, best of luck. On to August, along with all this heat...
Since we've been talking about draft prospects lately, its only smart that we have one of these. I'll start it off, if the draft was today who would the yanks pick and it has to be reasonable.
The summer has started and the draft is days away. Should be an exciting month with plenty of chatter.
i thought its time to fire this bad by up, with the CWS going on and the CCL and other wood bat leagues starting up soon. bryce harper has apparently enrolled in a CC, which would be the big new. and we should bring jersey's own anthony ranaudo back home
We reached the halfway point in the season and July promises to be the busiest month of the year.
