The wife and I just recently started working out to Billy Blanks' new series - Billy's Boot Camp. I've never been into working out, but now that I'm 30 I figured I can't just sit around like I did in college and expect the weight to drop...well, that was probably due to a steady diet of beer, cigs, and Subway...but you get my point. I'm older and everything I eat just turns to fat. Anyway, back to Billy Blanks...these boot camp workouts are great. It's not too strenuous...very cardio...

I have a treadmill that I absolutely HATE to use, but love how good I feel when I get off of it lol. I never really use it though, I get too dizzy when I'm on it. It's a shame. And I just got an Ab Lounge which is pretty cool, my stomach is burning lol. I would love a Total Gym, I just like the different things you can do on it. And you can do Pilates which I like.

Most of you have proberly played Championship Manager on your cpu. For those who haven't: It's a game where you're the manager of a soccer club and you can chose between different leagues and teams worldwide. It really gets you caught and I was wondering if anyone knows if there is a similar game with baseball?

Well I hit the slopes for the first time today! We went to Cascade Mountain in Wisconsin. It was a pretty humbling experience I must say. I fell down about 100 times (no joke) and fell in almost every way imaginable. I fell sideways, frontways, did 4 barrel rolls at one point, fell facefirst, you name it- I probably did it today. But I'm glad I went, because next week I'll be leaving for Colorado with a big group and I really needed to get some practice in before I hit the big slopes...

I am on the verge of purchasing an Ipod or a comparable MP3 player and was hoping for some reviews. Now that they've been out for quite some time and people have had time for issues and problems. reading online reviews I have seen the following negative feedback with the Ipod: - hard drive crashes/locks up/lags - computer has trouble with Itunes software - battery cannot be replaced by user, needs to be brought to manufacturer or 3rd party - screen scratches very easily - EXTREMELY poor...

I went to Vegas with my girlfriend this week. While we were there, I proposed to her. Thankfully, she said yes! We've been together almost two years now, and we live together, so we were definately heading down this road already, but now, it's official. She had no idea I was going to ask her while we were on our vacation though. I really surprised her good. As an added surprise, her parents were in Vegas too to surprise her, and share the moment with her. It was great to see the look...

I have a big hole in my tongue and one in my cheek. The tongue hurts like complete hell. My Bells Palsy flaired up when I was sleeping I think. The first time it happened about two years ago I had bitten my tongue a lot - but hadn't felt it because of face numbness. The doctors told me that I had something like a seizure that would cause me to bite myself. It was called Bells Palsy. It was supposed to go away within 6 months. It didn't. :( This time is different though. I can feel pain!...

Please, you folks know the story. No drinking and driving. If you can find a designated driver, please do so, and make sure that person does indeed stay sober. There's some 800-TAXICAB (800-829-4222) program I heard of on the radio, and they've got cabs in many states, including California, Missouri, Washington State, etc. Please take public transportation, take a cab, but don't get behind the wheel after having had *ANY* drinks. Three cheers, and get home very safely. :D
