If this has been posted, let me know. If not: This is incredible. It's classic Disney, but 2008. If it wasn't so true, it would even be funnier than it is. http://ca.youtube.com/watch?v=y6bPLAYLuwE

How close is Citizens Bank Ballpark to the Liberty Bell and Independence Hall? Are either walking distance?
Thread. What does it mean? What do you think of it? 1. A long, thin and flexible form of material, generally with a round cross-section, used in sewing, weaving or in the construction of string. 2. To pass a thread through the eye of; as, to thread a needle. 3. A theme or idea. (eg. All of these essays have a common thread.) (eg. I’ve lost the thread of what you’re saying.)

I understand that fuel prices are up and airlines use tons of fuel a day, but seriously? This is insane. Why don't the millionaire airline execs sit down with the millionaire oil execs and work something out? Probably because that'd mean said execs would make .01% less bonus this year so it's just easier to make the average consumer bend over a little more. :barf: http://www.dallasnews.com/sharedcontent/dws/bus/stories/DN-American_22bus.ART.State.Edition2.45ebbe3.html

The CFO in my office has been fighting prostate cancer for three years. He is a triathlete and is raising money for the Lance Armstrong Foundation through participating in various events. No pressure at all, but I know a lot of people here are very generous and help different organizations, so I wanted to send the link to his story and where you can contribute if you want. This guy is something else - as he's been through all this, he's hardly missed a day of work - he comes in, goes for...
Just curious if anyone here actually wears hats of any other MLB teams? I sort of want to start a collection and probably wouldn't wear a number of the teams for obvious reasons. I do however have a Nationals hat which I do wear sometimes. Good thing about the Yankee hat is that it matches almost everything. Ok, so do you own other hats? Do you wear them? Do you feel conflicted?

http://www.cnn.com/2008/TECH/science/08/11/invisibility.cloak.ap/index.html WASHINGTON (AP) -- Scientists say they are a step closer to developing materials that could render people and objects invisible. In this 2003 photo, Tokyo University students use space-age material to make this student appear invisible. Researchers have demonstrated for the first time they were able to cloak three-dimensional objects using artificially engineered materials that redirect light around the...
