Brooklyn, New York. It's located after the Knapp St exit off the Belt Parkway in Sheepshead Bay. In his younger days, Casey37 used to go there a lot for some serious submarine race watching, if you know what I mean ;) .It also happens to be a dumping ground for the mob, BTW.
I haven't been to Sheapshead Bay in awhile. Great seafood restaurants, I remember. The D train goes there, around Ave S or so.
