Yes kidding!
Geez, if you can't understand a simple statement like that, how can you put on a trial! Police reports and statements and inconsistent testimony must confound you!
Actually, what confounds me is that you thought I really took you literally.
Cano with a double and an RBI! (Being a baseball player would be way cooler than being a lawyer.)
Good evening threadheads.

Come on now. I've been gone for more than 24 hours. It does not take Jack Bauer longer than that to save anyone!

Abreu chases and the half inning is over, BUT NOT BEFORE the Yanks score on a Robbie Cano double and lead 1-0 through 2.5.

Absolutely NOT!
Here how the whole Hoffman thing came up:
After he gave up the 2 HR's to LA in that crazy game LA ended up winning, I made the comment that I personally didnt believe Hoffman was a Hall of Famer despite what his numbers may say.
Someone then responded by saying that Hoffman's numbers is just as good, and in some cases, better than Rivera. Almost implying that if Billy Wagner were saving games for the Yanks, it wouldnt be a big deal. So at that point, I posed the question of whether the Yanks would have still won their last 3 titles with Hoffman as the teams closer as opposed to Mo. One dope felt that the Yanks still would have won.
Take a look at the thread.
