Looking at the list, and the parks I've been too, it's an alright list. Obviously, I think YS should be right near the top, but I could understand that for the average fan maybe, it isn't. Sucks for the Sox, looks to be because of prices (of course.)
I think Camden should be higher (at least, when the Yankees are in town, it's always rocking) since it's so gorgeous, and I like the food.
And yes, RFK certainly deserves to be last. I love going to a game for super cheap, and I've come around on the fans (some of them really love that team) but it is a terrible ballpark, with awful food. Just not at all suited to baseball.

Metrodome shouldn't be that high.
San Francisco is a beautiful park, I was there 2 summers ago.
I'd put PacBell/AT&T park in SF right at the top. More gorgeous than you can imagine with the bay views, great food (especially the garlic fries and the Cepeda BBQ Shack) and you are so close to the field you can hear the players breathing. The bleachers fans are fun, not as lewd as the Bleacher Creatures, but very rowdy. The open concourses mean you never miss a minute of the action while getting food.
And no where near as frigid and windy and Candlestick.
Yeah, it ain't cheap, but comparable to YS IIRC.
I can't totally disagree with them. I agree that the Angels park is the best ML park I have ever been. I truly like Dodger Stadium and think it should be higher. I will be in the San Diego Park next week and from everything I have seen, read and heard it is a pretty good one. Pittsburg is damned good. Camden Yards should be higher. I can understand the low ratings of RFK. Fenway is abysmal and I truly don't like Yankee Stadium as it is today very much.

I agree with Camden being so far down, and I might put it even lower. I respect the park, but I'm not enamored with it the way many people are.
Out of all the parks I have been to, I think PNC was the best park, and Wrigley was the bast place to just "get drunk with your boys and watch a baseball game."

I'm glad to see Kauffman getting some respect. It's not a flashy stadium, but it is a great place to watch a game. Extremely affordable, too.

They actually liked Camden Yards a lot, they just marked it down significantly because of how bad the team is. Take out the team component, and they were ahead of the White Sox and Tigers and tied with Cleveland.

Miller Park is nice but its a joke that it got a "7" for neighborhood. Its in the middle of nowhere at least 5 miles from downtown Milwaukee with zero bar/restaurant options within walking distance. I understand that the tailgating atmosphere makes up for it but thatis not really an attribute of the "neighborhood". I personally thnk Yankee Stadium always takes too much abuse because of the "neighborhood" (where I have never had a problem after attending probably 75 games over my lifetime) from people (mostly out of towners) who just assume they should be scared or something bad is going to happen to them because there are more minorties in the vicinity than they are used to.

I truly like Dodger Stadium and think it should be higher.
Taking two hours to get out of the parking lot (Dodger Stadium) is enough to knock any stadium down a few notches. Whatever public transportation options they were talking about to get there pretty much don't exist, with the exception of a Friday night shuttle from Union Station that stops running before the time one would normally expect the game to be over. I don't do it, but I honestly don't blame the people who leave early (which happens at other stadiums too--I have photographic evidence from the top of the 10th inning in a 0-0 tie game at Shea), not to mention the people who get there late. If you don't leave two hours early, the offramp onto Stadium Way is backed up ALL the way up the hill.
That said, I, personally, get there early, leave when it's over, and love the place to death. Even if it does cost $10 to park and $6 pavilion seats are now a thing of the past. :(

I just feel it unique to enter the park from the top and wend your way down. We have tickets for Monday's game there and tuesdays game in SD. I can't wait. I hope we are fortumate enough to see Pettitte or Clemens pitch. Unlikely but hope is eternal.

The new Busch Stadium is really quite astounding. It's kind of expensive, so it might not be the best dollar for dollar, but it's a fantastic place to watch a game of baseball.
My parents have been taking a series of trips to see all of the baseball stadiums and all the teams (and the football stadiums as well), and so far they say the best by far was PNC Park with AT&T Park second (though my dad loved that day in general because he got to see Bonds hit 715 -- he was also at the Maris 61 game, so he though it was really cool), at least in terms of how "nice" the parks are, along with the skyline, the location, etc. Dodger Stadium was also up there as was Turner Field. Great American Ballpark was probably the biggest disappointment based on the hype.
However, none of this takes into account cost or food or how good/bad the teams were.

Agreed. Miller Park is great but the lack of the neighborhood doesn't bother me since I'm only there for the game. I love the smell of the freshly roasted cinnamon nuts along the left field concourse and you can't beat the $1 Uecker seats if you get there early enough.
There are a few cool bars on Blue Mound just north of the stadium but it's not really within walking distance.

The review gave a fairly accurate description of US Cellular but I have to disagree with the neighborhood review. Yeah, there's still some shady areas near the stadium but for the most part there's lots of gentrification going on in all directions and a good amount of local bars on the side streets. You just need to know where they are.;)

I've been to both the new one and the old one and let me just say that the new park in San Diego is very, VERY nice.
The price of food/quality of food is comparable to Dodger Stadium, IMHO. The seats are nice. There's a good variety of seats in the sun & seats in the shade. It's clean, safe, and easy to navigate. Parking isn't too bad.
The only downside is that it takes us about 2 hours to drive there!

PNC park is amazing. Best minor league ballpark I've ever seen. Ticket prices are cheaper than the beer, and the beer is pretty reasonable.

Any poll on stadiums that doesn't conclude that the Trop should be imploded and its remanants crushed into a fine powder is severely flawed.

Yankee Stadium of course. Where else can you get a nice, warm, Heiny?
