Great sports weekend for me. Once the Yanks game is over, on to the PGA championship!Right on. I love the course.
I think that the PGA does a great job of setting up a major.

I've purcased "obstructed view" seats in old Tiger Stadium. No big deal. You just move after a couple of innings.
BTW, my best "obstructed view" purchase was to see Van Morrison at the Auditorium Theater in Chicago.
Problem is ANY game at Fenway against any team that matters is a sellout, nowhere to move until late....

I'm not surprised that Johnny D had a weak swing on an outside pitch considering the first two pitches were borderline outside that went Beckett's way.

I'm 18 and 5' 7" and when I was at Fenway, the seats were small enough that I felt like I was sitting in a kids' chair.
Fenway is the most uncomfortable ball park in the major leagues. The seats are packed together and you can't stretch out. There is no worse bargain in sports than tickets to a game in Fenway.

I don't think he's rattled exactly. his trouble is almost always with long innings, he runs out of gas and just can't get out of the inning. he's a couple weeks short of 43, it's hard (for me) to be too tough on him, I think he's doing his best. we're going to get to see Boston's version on Monday, Wells.
that being said, we're certainly still in this game, let's get Beckett over 100 pitches this inning...

It's okay. Your condition is called being a bandwagoner, rooting for whoever is doing good. Most people are like you. It's hard to find loyal fans who root for a team unconditionally.
