Walking Alex Cora? That's not a good sign! Get it together, Sidney!

Dang Sid, that's the one guy you might be able to get away with a mistake to. Can't walk him.

I don't think that's a strike in the 1st inning.
One thing I don't like is inconsistency behind the plate.
Run-scoring double for Youkilis, 5-2 lead.

We are both a little tired of people who can only find negative things to say about a four run lead in the second inning.
I know. So am I. It's just rare to see Lou react that way.

Thats why you CANNOT walk someone like Cora.

Thats what happens when you walk Alex Cora.
Some of us are about to go back out on the ledge. Can't blame them with Ponson out there though. If any one needs to be held I'm right here.

Get Loretter here.

Bad pitchers walk bad hitters.
This is what you get for walking Cora.

Thats why you CANNOT walk someone like Cora.
It doesn't matter if you allow one run, you don't want to give David Ortiz a sniff. Walking Alex Cora will be a mistake.

Get the feeling that we might need 12 in this game, too?
I wanted to strangle Leiter when he talked about a nice, clean eight-pitch inning for Sidney at the beginning of this inning! Why mention the impossible!

Some of us are about to go back out on the ledge. Can't blame them with Ponson out there though. If any one needs to be held I'm right here.I understand the trepadation about Ponson. I wish that we had Guidry in his prime on the hill, but we don't. What we do have is a three run lead, and the Sox starter at 62 pitches. Not an entirely bad situation.:)
