Thank you Joe Torre.
If you leave Abreu in CF that leaves Wilson or Bernie in the OF anyway. The ball will eventually find a bad fielder no matter where you put them. The problem is they don't have a legitimate defensive OF on the bench.

What happened? Four run eighth, how did we lose the dh and why? And what is up with Mo? He hasn't exactly been Mo the past two days.
Bernie went in center for "defensive purposes" so we lost the DH.

Great win!!! WTG, Mo!!! :gulp:
I honestly can't blame Bernie for that.
Of course you can't. It's not his fault he has lost the ability to play the OF well. I never blame a player for losing skills. A normal ML CF gets a decent jump on a ball hit to his left (hard balls are ones hit right at you), and makes that catch with relative ease.

While it should have never come down to that type of ending, pulling out the win like that is good for us to overcome some adversity. That is an interesting take, and I agree as far as the team is concerned.
As for the members in the GT, I don't think that they can take too many of these. I was worried thta we might need to call 911 in other states and countries.:P

At least when Mo blows the save its to a good team like the White Sox.
