Watching Beckett bouncing them in front of the plate and Lopez tring to block them is actually quite amusing....

Could have been worse...
Anyway, I just got back from a friend's house, I watched the game until Randy gave up a hit. I just wanted to express my disdain for the childish way Michael Kay announced the game tonight, seemingly going out of his way to make it known Johnson was throwing a no hitter out of spite for the argument he had with a caller on his radio show. He was acting like a total tool.

Konerko was on 2nd when Dye hit his double right? If so, he definitely should've scored. I guess he thought it was gone as well.
Big break.
And Ozzie will probably have a rookie throw at him during BP because of it.

He trusted Veras last night and the kid almost crapped his pants.
Ponson gave up 90 runs in one-third of an inning earlier this season to the White Sux.
Farnsy won't be available, so you might see Proctor/Mo for 9 outs.

I heard that Pavano is going start for one of the minor league teams tomorrow, IIRC.You sure about that?
Farns is out of gas already?
...and with that BP Pipeline, it's gonna cost a lot to fill Farnsy up.
Farns is out of gas already?Back to back games. :(
Doesn't look like he's gonna get through this inning ... :o
Farns seemed determined to give us all heart attacks
JUST THROW STRIKES
That's strange. It's a full moon in Chicago. I just looked out the window and it's a full moon here, too.
Maybe you're in Chicago.

Veras ALMOST did, he got the out after the 4 pitch walk. I would have given him a shot tonight and use Myers against Thome.

The Yankees really need to find another reliable arm for the pen. Yeah, yeah, I know Dotel is suppose to be coming back... but I'll believe that when I see him pitching effectively for the Yankees.
