Games in Canada start at 1:07, 4:07, 7:07 ET due to times for both American and Canadian anthems.

I think because they have to get both national anthems in, so they push back the official time by 2 minutes to accommodate O Canada.

The Yankees are 3.5 back of the Red Sox for the AL East and 2.5 back of the White Sox for the Wild Card.
Hopefully, the Yankees can gain ground on both of them today starting with a win.
