This night marks my permanent return to the game threads as I started my vacation today, and it feels good to be back.
I hope that feeling is mutual, though;)
Anyway, thats why I wanted to start the GT tonight and bring home a Yankee win!

Good evening my people. After two straight wins in Cleveland, we're looking for 3 in a row starting here in Tampa.
I'll caps tonight. Game starts in 15 minutes.
In the mean time, I'm going to be trying out different proxies to see which ones to keep for my FOX Saturday baseball on MLBTV tomorrow as I will be at work. If you need one to get around the blackouts, feel free to inquire.

What is going on with the UPN9 situation. Last year, I thought that I had no access to Video almost every Friday. This year, somtimes it's Tues., sometimes Friday, some weeks, not at all. Is this info listed anywhere?

From Walman's pre-game... Damon swung the bat today (not against pitching) and he said it didn't make it feel any worse. He hopes he gets into one game.

Before the season started, I set up an Extra Innings schedule that was specifically for the Yanks that had all their games with the network that they would be on. There are 22 MY9/UPN games and are scattered out through the season. The Yanks will be on MY9 the next few Friday's after tonight, but they will be on MY9 during the week on Tuesday July 25th at Texas.
I have the schedule in the Excel file in the post. Feel free to save it to your desktop.

Heckuva play by Cairo. I hope teams are taking notice and will be offering the Yankees many good players for a guy that good.

The way Cairo makes super awesome plays in the field and gets 3 hits once every 2 months coupled with Bubba's desire and diving abilities - The Yankees should package them and get Willis and Cabrera from the Marlins.
The Marlins would be wise to make this deal as Bubba and Cairo are Girardi type players.
I really hate having outs at the bottom of the lineup. Just a breeze through for an opposing pitcher, which in turn affects the top and middle since they are fresher both mentally and physically.
