Bartolo Colon -- Activated. Safe from commissioner action.

Josh Barfield won a job out of Spring Training. Despite a warning 3 weeks ago, and another 48-hour warning this week he remains in the minors for Kings of Arbitration.

Per our rules, he's been cut.

Julio Lugo has been off the DL since the beginning of May. Also per our rules, he is being cut.

Both are on waivers for the next three days.
