Does anyone know where I can find Jason Giambi's college stats? For that matter is there a site with all college stats?

Actually they only have recent college stats. Giambi is too old to have college stats on there.

While I was not able to find his college stats, I did read his middle name is Gilbert.

How come the LBS site says 49ers? Is that a nickname or do they have 2 names for their athletics?

I think dirtbags is the nickname for the baseball team only, along with the official 49ers name. (not sure why)
