i think pitchers like Glavine and Maddox are good , but i think if they were to have pitch in AL whole their career they wou;dnt have had so many wins in their career .
NL gets so easy for pitchers ....

I agree with Glavine, but Maddux in his prime would have been fine in the AL.

Small is eventually going to leave that pitch Delgado fouled off an inch more towards the middle for Carlos or Wright and get hit a mile. Here's hoping it'll be a solo shot. That is the thing with Small he can battle his ass off and has more heart then the majority of our pitchers, however, he does not have the stuff to get away with mistakes.

Does anyone else really hate NL baseball?

I assume you mean the DH thing?

I grew up watching the pitcher batting and I kind of miss it. Too many bash and smash games in the AL and it really beats up your pitching staff. Having said that, I don't really care which rules MLB would go by.... I just wish they would agree on playing the game the same way for both leagues.

Jon Miller's not anti-Yankee, he's just very excitable. I actually enjoy him.

Joe Morgan is OK until he starts repeating himself and looking for ways to bring up the Big Red Machine. I don't think he's anti-Yankee, just a bit reluctant to give them too much credit if it might put a shadow over his Reds.
