He's been getting beat with his 2nd best pitch since he came a reliever in 2001. This should not come as a suprise to anyone. I told everyone this when the Yankees were romancing him in the offseason. I've watched Farnsworth's entire MLB career since he came up as a starting pitcher with the Cubs in 1999. To say that I am shocked that he has continued this trend would be an understatement.

Nope. Middle of May, school night. Usually, a crowd of around 42,000 tonight.

Late arriving crowd. Will probably be there by the 3rd inning. Traffic is rough out there.

BTW for all of you, I'm trying out different avatars to see which one will stick around for a while. Tell me what you think of them.

We desperately need Chacon to go 6 or 7 innings.

Farns has been getting hit hard by the Rangers and Proctor's arm is going to break off. The last thing we need is a good start to get ruined by Small or Erickson.

Take a look at 6 thru 9.....it rivals that of a AAA lineup. And when Posada and Cano have to hit 4th and 5th....not good.

I dont dispute 6-9 because that is beyond horrible. But you cant put the Yanks lineup and the Royals in the same stratosphere when you have 2 HOFs in their prime in one lineup and none in the other.

Having two potential future HoF guys in a lineup of 9 people doesn't make it a strong lineup.

Their offensive contributions can easily be negated by the other stiffs.
