Thats an OCC Bike? Bout time those guys did something for Georgie. Looks good. I love the Baseball Bat Exhuast pipes
That bike was featured in a 2 part show on the OCC show.
Jorge contacted the guys about doing the bike and they jumped at the chance to do a Yankee bike. I believe it was displayed in their showroom for a while and IIRC, the Yankees also signed it.
I think it was auctioned off with the proceeds going to Jorge's charity.
Edit...here's the link to the first thread about it:

Any word on how much it took in at the auction?

Someone had just posted the pic on another board, so I saved it here. It was slightly larger than the standards allowed here (700x700 pixels; 50kb), so I had to edit its image & file size w/Photoshop.
Here's a gallery of some more of their bikes:

Jorge's bike is near the bottom left, so click on the link and you'll see details of this one.

Someone guessed that the 39 near the rear wheel was for 39 pennants. I could've sworn we had about 47 or 48. Either case, I'm confused on this part.

There seems to be varying reports about where the bike actually ended up.
This thread (http://forums.nyyfans.com/showthread.php?t=89292&highlight=yankee+bike) has some discussion about it.

They have 39 pennants and 45 playoff appearances. Maybe thats were you got confused. :)

OK, thanks. I knew I was confused somewhere. Then again, nuttin' unusual to my buddies. :gulp::D
Anyways, how much would you pay to change that #39 to #40?
