Nice cut fast ball shown this inning by DeSalvo, it was sick. The only good swing the netire inning was Infante's linedrive out.

Weird play, Crosby sucks btw.
Slow, very badly hit ground ball to second. Runner going from frist to second caught in a run down. Throws to first and out, runner on first gets tagged after a very badly executed play on both sides.
I hate Bubba.
Good for DeSalvo, hanging in there.
BronxBaumer
03-16-06, 12:54 PM
DeSalvo finally gives up a run. After one strike out and one ground out, a HUGE towering homerun to dead center by Omar Infante...
Oh well. DeSalvo looks better then his line.
Tigers lead 1-0? Not bad at all.
BronxBaumer
03-16-06, 12:56 PM
Inning over on a lazy pop up to center. Bobbled by Crosby, but caughtl.
How many bobbles is that?

According to Yahoo, Vance Wilson homered off Jeff Karstens in the 4th to tie the game 2-2. So DeSalvo's day is done.
Karstens gives up another run.
So DeSalvo went three innings and gave up one run. Not bad at all. He had a K or two, too.
