I missed it too...apparently Sergei Brylin had a tip-in shot on a power play...assisted by Nieds and Mogilny!!

It has been a great night,

Sojo hands Pedro a no-decision.
Devils get best of Roy (w/ Mogilny, Madden, Brylin and Elias getting the goals.

Only Bad thing, I have to be somewhere Thursday night. But on Wednesday, I'll be at Yankee Stadium, hopefully seeing the Yankees win a game live for the first time. (My record when going to the ballpark, 0-2 at the Stadium, 0-1 at Camden Yards.)

Funny how the Devils are better on the road than at home.

Monica,

I used to think the same thing, but I don't anymore. I taped all the WS games from the last two years and the Yankees won both of them. I also taped the Cowboys Super Bowl games in the 90's and they won all three.

I don't think that taping a game that you really want to see will jinx the Devils.

go ahead and tape it Monica...with the win last night at the Stadium, seems your luck is changing anyway!! Hope you had fun last night!! :D

I just hope they don't have a repeat of what happened last year; losing the potential clincher on home ice, and having to win it on the road :(. I'd love to see 'em win it in Jersey! :D

Then they can have a parade down the Parkway or Bloomfield Avenue! :lol:

I hope they clinch at home too...but if they do have to go back to Colorado, no one plays better with their backs up against the wall then the Devils... :)

that was a shame tonight, but they did deserve to lose. ..... bblchick is right, though. the devils have an excellent chance on saturday night. good luck to them.
