Boomer supports the Boss against Selig

David Wells thinks Selig was stupid in asking the Yankees to take down the sign down in Tampa. This is probably more related to Around the Majors because Wells just scrutinizes Selig but I thought it was interesting that he supported the Yankees' sign.

I really saw nothing wrong with that sign. It wasn't offensive or rude at all, it simply stated that some of the stars people pay money to see will not be there. Then it explained that the Yankees didn't support the WBC, but it was the individual players choice in the end. I think that if this sign had read that Jeter, A-Rod, Damon, and Bernie were playing in the WBC, GO USA and PR then it would still be standing.
