I just read that he struck out 18 in a game in Colombus today!! That is a great feat to accomplish!!! Gotta tip my cap to Randy, be intresting to see how this plays out(IE Trade Rumors in volving a certain left handed pitcher in Chicago). I also hear that Nick Johnson played!!! Anyhow congrats Randy.

I, for one, am not convinced that the 2001 David Wells would be a noticeably better Major League pitcher than Randy Keisler. And it's not a leap to say Randy has a brighter future.

Well, I wouldn't quite say he'd be better than Wells. With his head on straight, sure, but getting Keisler's head on straight appears to be easier said than done. As for having a brighter future, I'm with you. 18 strikeouts is a tremendous feat at any level, and it makes it clear just how much potential this guy has...

I'm kinda surprised I missed that in the box score. I was too busy looking for Johnson... :lol:
