I just heard from wcbs880 that Lincoln Center confirmed she'd passed on at 50. She'd written the Heidi Chronicles, amongst others.

Yes, very sad. I saw An American Daughter a few years back, which was excellent. And I just saw Third in November at Lincoln Center. Her style was just very smart and funny.

I think she recently adopted a kid, too.... RIP.
