My friend showed me this site. All you do is type in a band you like and it creates a "station" that streams music by that band, as well as similar artists. Of course it's all free, just have to sign up.

I signed up a while ago

I have 2 problems with it:

1 - They assume you ONLY like songs like the original song/artist. For example, I have never once heard a female vocalist because I didn't choose one to begin with. There's no "oh I like this kind too" option without starting a new station
2 - They mainly have obscure bands. Not even up and coming bands, but just plain obscure

Pretty cool. I did some groups that you can't find and it has them…Obscure is the right word for what plays in-between. But a lot of stuff is Obscure to me.. :)

I tried it. It's okay, but the logic is pretty flawed, IMO. I created a Stone Roses station and ended up with Ashley Simpson and Hillary Duff songs. My New Order station worked pretty well. I usually stream Sirius at work but if I wasn't a Sirius subscriber I would probably use Pandora more often.
