if i didn't want to have the amount of kids my husband wanted me to then i would let him know that. you don't just go do something and pretend someone else f*cked up. it's called honesty and if you don't have that with your husband then you probably don't belong with them (or anyone) anyway.
edit: don't marry someone if you don't have the same idea about children. I know how many kids my friends want to have and if their SO doesn't then that is a problem in and of itself.

George's new hair might look goofier than it did before Latina cut it.
I kind of love McVet.
That foal was seriously about 2 months old. He didn't look thrilled to be covered in jelly.
How many "Denny's gonna die" previews are we going to get before it actually happens?
I'm glad George is home and the cookies Izzy was eating looked amazing.

Pretty good episode. I think I'm probably in the minority but I really like Alex. He's the only one who actually speaks the truth and says what everyone at home is thinking.
And I think I like the vet. Although McDreamy looked pretty pissed when he saw Meredith there.

They may have started out having the same idea about kids, but she had no way of knowing as a youg bride that there would be 7 and how she would feel at that point.
She gave the reason as her husband being very religious, so birth control is a no-no. Then again, there's the rhythm method.
Anyway, I don't necessarily agree with the way she went about it, but I can kind of understand why. However, I don't think she should let the doctor take the fall for it.

I agree about Meredith... But I still can't get over the cheating with best friend thing with Addison. That crosses too many lines.
As far as the baby factory. That was wrong in so many ways. But for those who like Alex, just imagine if he was your doctor. I think I would slug him.

Wow what a great episode!! I'm so excited for tomorrow!!
The first ten minutes pretty much was...
They found Denny a new heart in another hospital. Burke goes to get it with Alex, Christina is really pissed about this because she asked Burke and he said no. They are still fighting and he's not really talking to her and stuff.
Addison, Derek, and Meredith are over at the vets place and he tells them that their dog has some type of bone cancer. Derek acts like McAss towards Meredith when they are at the vet's place. Then the 3 of them are in the hospital elevator and it's really silent and you can sort of feel the tension. Addison asks what's up and they both say nothing then walk out of the elevator abruptly.
A big group of people come in with gun shot wounds cuz a former employee shot up the place more than likely aiming at his jerk boss then ran so he was still on the loose.
And Izzy finds out about the new heart and begs Bailey to be put on Denny's case.

Did anyone else have an overwhelming urge to reach through your TV and smack Izzie upside the head? She's totally gone wacko!

I agree. I was obviously thinking she was acting nuts, but I also couldn't help but feel bad for her. When she was hysterically crying talking to Denny my heart broke because you could feel her pain coming through the screen. Although I did feel bad for her, she was acting ridiculously selfish.

Not to mention she'll end up getting her medical license revoked when people find out what she's done. And she could/should end up facing a murder charge if Denny dies. I mean, I feel for her and all, but's she's definitely gone over the edge.

Not legally, but Burke's death will be on her too (if he dies). He wouldn't have been outside of Grace the the time of the shooting if he wasn't checking up on her shadiness.
As if pressuring Denny into agreeing with her wasn't bad enough then she involves George. She's definitely lost it. I can't imagine any way they can write it so that she doesn't pay for what she's done.

That would severly suck for George as he would have to decide if he should report her or not.

Either way he has to decide. Alex also knew she was up to something. I would be more inclined to think he would tell vs George.
The only way is if Denny and Burke live, IMO.
Even if they both live, there is still no way she should end up keeping her medical license. This show will totally jump the shark if Izzie doesn't face serious consequences for her actions. What she's done is totally illegal.
Mostly every medical drama has had some rogue doctor who does something not totally legal. It makes for good drama. Unless she's being written out of the show, I can't see anything substantial happening to her.
Well, there was a rumor going around for awhile that an intern was going to leave the program, so maybe that's Izzie? Who knows. Though I am glad that I don't have to wait until next Sunday for a new episode - that would kill me. :)
Do they do cliffhangers on GA? I am thinking we may not get all the answers tonight.
That they do. Last season's was Addison showing up and saying to Merideth, "So you must be the woman who's sleeping with my husband...."

I love Cristina Yang.
The show starts out and she's this ROAR, no feelings, "I'm not here to make friends" kind of girl. And it goes on, like episode by episode, her whole character is being de/reconstructed. Like, she's learning how to feel. And everytime she does something, whether it was just taking Burke's hand, just means something more and it's more moving. Because it's HER.
I love this show. I went from hating Alex to loving Alex. I went from hating Izzie to feeling so bad for her. All this in the last half hour.
F.ck, man.
I feel bad for the vet. I am mad at Meredith yet I understand why she did what she did. Derek needs to stop playing games now and deal. (Ok, maybe that's harsh...he was trying to make things work with his wife)
The scene with Christina taking Burke's hand was very touching.
I am so sad for Izzy and I loved Denny. I have a lot more respect for Alex now than I did a week ago or even last night.
So many emotions from one show, it's amazing.

This is the first TELEVISION SHOW that I have ever sobbed at.
(I mostly cried when the dog got put down, but the waterworks started again after Denny).
Luvtino
05-15-06, 10:56 PM
That was so sad. I wanted Denny to live so badly. Add in the dog being put to sleep and a little girl dying of cancer and it was enough to put ya over the edge. I was also touched by the little girl's friends. They loved her so much and they were both very cute.
Christina being humanized was wonderful. It was nice to see her grow. I like Izzie. I always did and I still do now. Christina was great, George is coming around and McVet is adorable.
McDreamy should leave his wife as he doesn't love her anymore. It's over and they both know it. Addison should go marry McSteamy. McDreamy should marry Meredith and they could all live happily ever after. ;)

Ah, I love this show so much.
I cried my eyes out when they put the dog to sleep. It was like non-stop waterworks tonight because I cried again when Denny died even though I knew it was going to be coming.
I loved Alex this episode. He usually is such a jerk, but he was so sweet tonight. And when Christina grabbed Burke's hand towards the end, ahhh. so touching.
So when Izzy said she quit because she can't be a surgeon anymore does that mean she quit the actual show or just the surgical program? I remember reading a while ago that one of the surgeons was going to be leaving the surgical program, but not the show. I hope she doesn't leave, because as annoying as she gets I really like her character.
I am so upset Denny died. I just cried every time he was on the screen. I don't even care to comment about the rest of the show, I'm so sad over Izzy and Denny. :(

McDreamy should leave his wife as he doesn't love her anymore. It's over and they both know it.I understand that she is his wife and in love him but why on Earth would you want to be with him if you were Addison? It is clear that she understands that Derek is in love with Meredith and not her. Trying to force their marriage to work is plain stupid.
I can't believe I actually like Alex now. That scene totally made me cry.
And Baily made the show last night. She had so many classic lines. I love when she was up in Burke's face, "WHAT have you done with my suck-ups?!?"
Her planning the prom colors with the teenage girls was hilarious!
And now I'm sad that I have to wait the entire summer for a new ep. At least Entourage comes back soon.

Did you mean he's the Chief 20 years earlier? That is a really good analysis. I did not pick up on that! I was thinking that she was following in her mother's footsteps by having an affair with a married man but didn't see McDreamy as the young version of the Chief. Very interesting!
