To the corporation: Matt Clement, Ryan Howard and HUSTON STREET!!!!

If Andy already has his 4 minor league slots filled (Upton is an exception- he's grandfathered in by that comprimise rule in the beginning of the year) then he is going to have to either activate Howard or drop one of his minor leaguers.
