Could you do all of us a favor and make some more descriptive titles for your threads? You do this all the time with your Columbus threads and its a guessing game what the hell you're talking about :)

No need to back off. You're a good poster. Just make the threads more descriptive when posting.

Ventro is really having some season. Check out those stats!. And, I understand that he is pure murder against lefties.

he is but will always be overlooked. Jones has power, bubba experience, melky has youth and reese is average. the thing with mike and bubba is that, i think, will both become frustarted and decline in play. jones only has half a season in at this level and melky is bait. looking forward on what happens with the OFs in our minor leagues--kj

Poor Mike has been at it for years now and gets no pub and always passed over. He's a good defender also.

Last year in ST, Torre liked what he saw in him, but went with Crosby instead. I think Mike's best chance is with someone else, and it better be soon, as he is getting up there in age, not that the late 20's is old, but it is in Baseball terms.

He needs to sign as a minor league FA with a Kansas City or Pittsburgh. Tampa would be another option, but they already have Crawford, Baldelli, and kids like Gaithrath coming up.
