saw spencer, johnson looking good:-)

hey i went to the colombus game today and saw spencer and nick johnson. they look good. johnson bobbled some balls but recovered in time for the outs. He also hit a home run his first time up. Spencer had maybe one play in outfield. But hes batting is lookin good:-) i stood only a few inches away from them on the ondeck circle. there really nice guys as are the rest of the team. heck the whole team looked good. :-)

I was there today, too. Spencer looked horrible at the plate though. My seats were 3 rows behind the on deck circle, which section were you sitting in?

I am not able to make any games but I have been following his progress on the site. His average has been on the rise consistently. I think no matter how frustrated Spencer is, he need more time in the minors. He had no spring and really has not seen pitching since July of last year. I am not sure which view is correct but I am willing to bet it is somewhere in between.

I wish Spencer continued success, eventually he will better at the plate. I hope he returns as a yankee.

Jim F-i was sitting on the first base line..my dad thought that colombus would be at that side. i walked over and got pictures of spencer and johnson batting though. so if u remember some one coming over and started taking pictures of those two it was probable me

Interesting. Johnson has a reputation for sure hands. I hope you guys just caught him on a bad day.

I'm not sur what to make of Spencer at all.
