I just thought it was funny that the Muts fan is in last place, just like the Big League team.
I only hope he is a better owner than the Wilpons! ;)
I think my team era is just a shade below 10.0. Thanks to Smoltz, Zito, and Washburn who all had era's over 10 in a game so far.

Everyone below me, sucks!!

Or head to head, even. ;) And I agree-I find it harder to get into a points based league than a H2H one. But I concur, everyone below me sucks. And everyone above me, for that matter. :D

Thats why H2H leagues have become so popular with the general population. It allows a "reset" to occur each week, and because of this it keeps the attention of those that wouldn't otherwise stay interested.
Its definitely more hands on each week in a H2H league.
Its also more subject to luck and having your team fall victim to the age old argument that we constantly see in these forums: sample size.

Jeff Weaver...
Holy MOTHER-LOVER.
Two relievers on my team tonight:
A. Benitez: 2/3 IP, 3 HA, 2 BBI, 3 ER, 40.50 ERA, 7.50 WHIP.
D. Kolb: 1 IP, 2 HA, 2 BBI, 3 ER, 27.00 ERA, 4.00 WHIP.

They're throwing CGs, but none of them have thrown over 110 pitches.. Not sure about Willis though.. I didn't see anything from his game.

I'm no doctor but i would be going easy given the health histories of AJ and Beckett

But you are one of them- you forget about the 6'6" factor.
Oh, and I got your PM. It will be addressed.
How the hell am I getting spanked so badly? My players aren't doing terribly, I know I was away and missed my chance to adjust my roster but still, am I doing something horribly wrong?
Bah!

I love the back and forth so far in this league, my team has been ranked as high as 1st (the first day of the season) all the way down to last, now I'm currently running in the middle. I love this league! I Live for This!
Schilling's stats are not counting right now...hopefully this gets fixed later. (Probably because he's still listed as being on the DL?_
Thanks for the last place recognition. Eveyone needs to taste the water in the sewers. Like my METS there will be a little "magic" coming. And I also hate everyone under me in the standings!

I think I have officially jinxed the era category.
My team produces 14 RBI's last night only to be outdone by a combined era of 18+ :-po'd-: .
Hudson is the only member of the big three to have an era under 5!

how the hell do you check the stats on a day to day basis from the website?
I feel like i've gone everywhere, and the only place i can get any type of stat from that day is from the emails.. and that's given to us the next day..

Sortable stats under Stats is what you are looking for. I had a problem finding it myself. ;)

My pitching sucks.
However, w/ C.C throwing a good game today, there is hope that I will at least be middle of the pack in pitching... I'll be happy with that.
My goodness, I can't buy RBIs or HRs to save my life!
I would feel regret over shipping out Beltre and Aramis for Delgado, Drew, LoDuca and Craig Wilson but none of them have been producing much lately.

Believe me, everytime Aramis puts up another 0-fer, first thing I do is check the Dodgers box to make sure Drew has done the same.
