My youngster, Huston Street has made the team. That leaves me no choice but to put Akinora Otsuka (http://www.thebaseballcube.com/players/akinori_otsuka.shtml) on the block.

He had a 10.13 k/9 in 77IP last year as Hoffman's set-up guy. WHEN Hoffman goes down, you have yourself a closer!

Brad Hawpe (http://www.thebaseballcube.com/players/brad_hawpe.shtml) has also made the Rockies roster, and I'd be willing to package him with Otsuka for a decent SP.

Don't you need to package a 3-for-1 deal? Since we have no bench, if you promote Hawpe and Street, you need to drop two players, or trade three to get one. (Net of -2). And then conversely, the person you trade with would need to drop two players as well.

I didn't say the trade would be LIMITED to these players, just a starting point! ;)

NOBODY is untouchable for the right offer!

I'm just wondering if you're looking at making a 3-for-1 or 4-for-2 kind of deal? Helps making offers...

Well, the 3 for 1 would be ideal for me, as I would probably getting some pretty quality "1" for the 3 mentioned...

A 4/2 could work too, but I haven't explored the possibilities as much there yet.
