Not sure if there is one yet, but this has to be here. This guy is arguably the most hated person on a NY team. I hate this guy with a passion. Same stupid plays over and over again, I could call the JEts plays before they do. I think we all could. one thing that is pissing herm off about hackett is that he refuses to implement a shotgun offense which pennington strived at at marshall. i read that pennington is suited for a peyton manning like offense where he calls the plays at the line and all, i'd love 2 see that. But of course Chad is no Peyton and our recievers are no Marv, Reggie and Stokley

Thankfully, he'll be gone after the year.

The only reason I'd want them to keep him is as a reward for winning the Super Bowl. I'd sacrifice another few years for that, but if they don't do that, I want him gone.

How do you definitely know he's leaving? Is he hated by the team?

Herm isn't even defending him anymore. Hackett said he'd change it up a bit on offense, so basically, he lied to keep his job.

Hopefully Hackett only has 5 games left with the Jets.

How do you definitely know he's leaving? Is he hated by the team? The only way he stays past this year is if the Jets win 2 postseason games where they score a ton of points.

only way he stays is if they make the AFC Title game...and play great on offense in 2 wins

Paul Hackett is not a risk taker. He's afraid to mix in a few deep balls with the speed of Justin McCareins and Santana Moss.

Hackett must be feeling the pressure of losing his job...maybe that's why he turned it up last night? But we still should have had more than 17 points.

Yep. I had no complaints with the offensive play calling last night. Hackett did a good job and hopefully that will continue against a very good Steeler team.
